U.S. Patent # 3,773,049.
LIDA MACHINE: A Soviet device that bombards brains with low-frequency radio waves [EW: More likely microwave carrier which is modulated or pulsed at brain-rhythm frequencies]. In addition to the pulsed RF field, the device also delivers pulsed light, pulsed sound, and pulsed heat. The Soviets included a picture with the device that showed an entire auditorium full of people asleep with the LIDA on the podium. The North Koreans used it as a brain washing device during the Korean War. It could have been improved and/or made smaller. The guy said he had been brain-washed by a device like that when he was in a POW camp. He said he felt like he was in a dream. A TV documentary stated the Russian medical establishment considers this 1980s device obsolete.

MIND CONTROL WITH SILENT SOUNDS
The mind-altering mechanism is based on a subliminal carrier technology: the Silent Sound Spread Spectrum (SSSS), sometimes called 'S-quad' or 'Squad'. It was developed by Dr Oliver Lowery of Norcross, Georgia, and is described in US Patent #5,159,703 , 'Silent Subliminal Presentation System', dated October 27, 1992.
According to literature by Silent Sounds, Inc., it is now possible, using supercomputers, to analyse human emotional EEG patterns and replicate them, then store these 'emotion signature clusters' on another computer and, at will, 'silently induce and change the emotional state in a human being'.
There appear to be two methods of delivery with the system. One is direct microwave induction into the brain of the subject, limited to short-range operations. The other, utilises ordinary radio and television carrier frequencies.
Beneath the musical broadcast that you hear in stores and shopping malls may be a hidden message which exhorts against shoplifting. And while voice commands alone are powerful, when the subliminal presentation system carries cloned emotional signatures, the result is overwhelming.

We have obtained other nonauditory effects and have found that the sensitive area for detecting rf sounds is a region over the temporal lobe of the brain. One can shield, with a 2-in.2 piece of fly screen, a portion of the stippled area shown in Fig. 6 and completely cut off the rf sound.

This 1955 CIA document 'MKULTRA Materials and Methods' reviews the Agency's research and development of a shocking list of mind-altering substances and methods, including 'materials which will render the indication of hypnosis easier or otherwise enhance its usefulness,' and 'physical methods of producing shock and confusion over extended periods of time and capable of surreptitious use.
The sketches were drawn by MKULTRA institutional kidnap victim Lynne Moss-Sharman, who is a Canadian member of Advocacy Committee for Human Experimentation Survivors - Mind Control . Ms. Moss-Sharman was kidnapped and experimented on as a child, and her sketch shows one of her memories, many electrodes, including a genital electrode. Such experimentation included involuntary surgery. Nazi doctors were HANGED for crimes like these! MKULTRA perpetrators were never even charged!

I cannot disclose what the Source is, but it is mostly for the benefit of the New Age community that is very ignorant of science, naive, gullible, and almost stupid when it comes to tactical matters. They are in great danger, because they have been targeted for very precise protocols - a là Montauk - because they are unable to differentiate a genuine psychic, paranormal or religious experience from one that is induced either holographically or by virtual reality manipulations of a very advanced type, not the commercial Mickey Mouse stuff, if you pardon the expression, trash! PROJECT DREAMSCAN
Well between 1977 and 1978 a project called Dreamscan came on line. It ceased in 1979. The goal of the project was to gain the technical ability to enter into an individuals mind in the dream state and cause his death. There was a movie called Dreamscape which showed what they discovered they could do. The project was run by the Secret Government and managed by the NSA. The purpose of the project was to provide for a means of covert assassination. President Carter found out about it and had it stopped. The hardware is still intact and in storage. There have been attempts to put it back on line by various intelligence operations, some of which are said to involve AT+T operatives.

FOCUS (flexible optical control unit simulator) projects hallucinatory images directly on the retina of the eye. When the images are projected the subjects show the same bodily responses that they would be taking a drug. The subjects cannot tell the machine images from reality. FOCUS was developed at UCLA's Neuropsychiatric Institute by Ron Siegel, an experimental psychologist, who eventually hopes to control the retrieval of imagery information at will including that of daydreams, sleep and hallucinations. Without any contact with the subject, Remote Neural Monitoring can map out electrical activity from the visual cortex of a subject's brain and show images from the subject's brain on a video monitor. NSA operatives see what the surveillance subject's eyes are seeing. Visual memory can also be seen. RNM can send images direct to the visual cortex, bypassing the eyes and optic nerves. This [selective] type of amnesia may be related to that suffered by victims of child abuse or in post-traumatic stress disorder.
The researchers found that the amount of forgetting increases with the number of attempts to exclude the unwanted memory.

These images depict reported dream ( ? ) memories where the headset device shown is worn, apparently voluntarily ( at least without restraint ), on the face, whereby a bright constant laser light shines ( probably off a spinning mirror, that will "whoosh, whoosh, whoosh" as it powers up to speed, like a hard drive ) into one eye over an extended period of time.
Great damage is done to the eye area, resulting in a "big fried tomato" effect, which can later be "miraculously" healed.
Possibly in response to the eye damage, the exposure seems to have been broken up into five ( hopefully smaller ) exposures at some point, and a sixth exposure added more recently, although most subjects will not have had this yet.
It seems the right eye is affected, but surely the left eye / right brain is where the ( valuable ) imagination is ( ?! ).
The result is complete shock and disorientaion.
What are the possible purposes of this biometric identification style technology ?
1) MK-Ultra style trauma conditioning and programming.
2) Total memory "download", chronologically "spooled out" from the visual memory.
3) Using the subject as a component in a sophisticated psychic machine process ( Star-gate SG1 ), tapping the magical spiritual potential in us all ( stuff they still can't do with the infernal machines ).
4) Using the subject as a kind of "disk-drive" for storage of data.
5) An extermination program, inducing heart attacks through sustained stress during sleep (with maybe a re-animation program moments later), but then why not excite the heart directly?
6) It's the neuralizer from the M.I.B. movie. A memory so cruel you don't want to return to it. They gave you the eye because you saw something secret, like a mars base, or a new kind of spanner.
7) Validate your parking permit registration.
O.K. ... That's as far as I've got.
I am convinced that many people are experiencing this, but unable to remember.
The commercial media; TV, packaging, business logos and graphics, advertising, and even song lyrics, are full of symbolism and sub-text regarding this very experience.
If you remember all the almond shaped eyes ( grey alien ) in the media during the 1990's, well it's like that.
The media "reminders" probably serve as subconscious intimidation, and to part suggest the experience into you in advance ( er... sorry ).
Within the sub-text it is even implied that your fancy new electronically ( remote ) controlled car will ferry you ( in a trance ) automatically to the site. Most people are taken on a "magic bus".
I deduce that this program is systematic across the population, and of great importance to "THEY" (The Invisibles, Whaco Draco).
